Description:
This is a bit of an unusual radio. I bought it because it was incredibly cheap on eBay. However, I discovered that extra parts are very hard to come across for this radio. Currently I am in a bit of limbo trying to get parts to make the radio work. I have found a battery, programming cable, Radio Interface Box (RIB), and the programming software. I am still trying to get a charger. The info showed below is my best estimate based on what I can find online. When I'm actually able to read and look through the codeplug I will update the info.

GE-Star
This is what GE-Star radio IDs sound like. This sound was acquired from www.w2sjw.com. I will replace this sound with my own recording once I can get the radio working properly!
DTMF
This is an example of what a DTMF radio ID can sound like. DTMF is the same tone technology used on telephones to dial phone numbers. This specific audio has the numbers "0612".
